Shipping policy

At Sigma SportFit, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:

1. Processing Time
   Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
   You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Time

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–20 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

1. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
   Free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated when available.

2. Delays & Tracking
   We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs.
   Once your package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
   If your package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
   We will assist when possible but are not liable for lost items.
