At Sigma, we are committed to offering premium-quality sportswear and dance apparel that empower your confidence and performance.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for underwear or sale items.
2. How to Request a Return
Please email us at sigmasportfit@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for shipping the product back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to confirm product availability.
We’ll guide you through the exchange process to ensure a smooth experience.
